9520 RCI - DORMAKABA Tamperproof Hinge

The electric Hinge 9520 is the first of its kind that offers many advantages for the installer and user. It has 6 cables that conducts 24Vdc/Vac 3A from the power supply to the device installed on the door. Six wires are coated with silver allowing high conductivity and are Teflon insulated. Two are 20-gauge AWG wires and it can be used to power electric locks such as the model 31190526D. The other four remaining wires are 30-gauge AWG and can be used to control devices such as switches magnetic switches or relay outputs.

Recommended for metal or wooden doors for schools hospitals public private and government buildings where a high flow of people are expected.

Robust and able to withstand up to 3 amps. It has also been tested to over 800 000 cycles of opening/closing before a cable break or fail - that is 8 times more than that specified by UL.
