TG-CDA TOTAL GROUND Lightning Strike Counter

An easy way to know if the lightning protection system has been shocked and to comply with regulations. The lightning counter is an electronic device designed to detect lightning strikes in facilities with atmospheric protection and enable immediate control and verification.

CHARACTERISTIC:

Dimensions: 20.8 x 12.6 cm.

OPERATION:

The device registers each one of the impacts increasing their electronic counter.

The TG-CDA is installed in the grounding cable of the lightning rod two meters from the ground.

The installation is indicated in the UNE 21.186 and NFC 17.102 which says:

"A system of protection against lightning must be checked after any lightning strike recorded on the structure."
