IDP Series Detectors and Modules are intelligent addressable devices for use with Silent Knight Analog-Addressable panels. They communicate with the Fire Panel through the Signaling Line Circuit (SLC) using a two-wire connection no shielded or twisted cable is required up to 99 detectors and 99 modules can be connected per loop (the IFP2000 panel can have up to 159 detectors and 159 modules per loop). Any combination of addressable IDP devices can be used in a single SLC loop.
