PIE1 OPTEX PoE IP Encoder for the REDWALL Series SIP RESCAN (RLS3060) REDBEAM

PIE-1 is an encoder that converts analog relay outputs to original ASCII code (Redwall Event Code) for Redwall SIP Redscan Redbeam detectors.  You can now connect to all leading VMS platforms to control IP cameras.  PIE-1 is compatible with Power over Ethernet (PoE) IEEE802.3 af/at making it possible to supply power using a PoE hub or switch.  Only one LAN cable is needed to connect PIE-1 to a PoE hub or switch reducing installation time and cost.

The Optex PoE IP encoder offers extreme flexibility foresee Optex sensor to be easily added to a Milestone-powered security network. The unit has two RJ45 jacks (one as the network input one as a pass-through output) and enough wire-lead analog and power inputs to integrate with any Optex sensor. The PIE-1 fits in a standard double-gang box and acts as a power-splitter and Redwall Event Command encoder to send the ASCII alarm command (s) back to the network.
