NPX3GEN3 Antenna Applications
The NPX3GEN3 antennas are ideal for critical backhaul link applications where PTP (Point-to-Point) connectivity is essential.
NPX2GEN3 Updates
The best antenna stands out for its mechanical and electrical design with features that make it easier for high-altitude workers to meet international maintenance standards. These product updates have been made based on customer recommendations as we continually strive to improve our product.
What is the optimal recommended distance for the NPX3GEN3
We share with you some key milestones to consider for establishing a good Backhaul link with NPX1GEN3 antennas.
Backhaul link up to:
60 Km
Performance on radio up to:
9 MCS
A deeper design
We redesigned and slightly increased the depth of our NPX antennas to boost gain and enhance energy focus optimizing our VSWR and reducing side lobes. This also provides a wider beamwidth and greater efficiency in the main lobe.
We optimized our beamwidth.
In the NPXGEN3 antennas we optimized the beamwidth to increase efficiency in signal transmission thereby enhancing our front-to-back ratio. This improvement ensures a more stable communication in Backhaul links particularly within the extended 4.9 to 6.4 GHz band.
NPXGEN3 Mechanical Benefits
We have updated some of our components to enhance stability and maximize the performance of our NPXGEN3 antennas.
We redesigned the mounting hardware for our NPXGEN3 antennas.
Many of our customers requested changes to our equipment to offer features such as lighter fine adjustments stainless steel screws and a finer elevation tensioner which were gradually added. Additionally our mounting hardware was made even lighter.
The NetPoint feed horn
A key feature of NetPoint feed horns or dipoles is the strict manufacturing process ensuring 100% aluminum purity. This allows for efficient channeling of the radios electrical power while providing consistent frequency stability and optimal VSWR performance.
Benefits:
Lightweight
Corrosion resistance
High reflectivity of light and heat
Airtight sealing
Excellent port isolation
Ensures electrical conductivity
The NetPoint RF connector
Its no secret that a high-quality connector ensures the best RF efficiency. How does this help It maintains a stable VSWR.
Traditional N - SMA Jumper (NP142) in your NPXGEN3 antennas.
Flexible 30 cm copper jumper with double braided shielding and 96% silver plating TFE Teflon insulation and SMA male connector with 0.1 dBi loss. Ideal for Ubiquiti Mimosa Networks and Cambium Networks radios. This is the cable you will receive with your NPXGEN3 antennas.
