• This feature enables the radio to send the following special commands:

Radio kill

Over-the-air disables a target radio from transmitting and receiving calls.

It is commonly used when the radio is lost or stolen. With the radio-kill command the programming of the radio is protected since it is not possible to read it only to overwrite it. It is not possible to reactivate it via air.

Radio stun

Over-the-air disables a target radio from transmitting and receiving calls.

It is commonly used when you want to temporarily deactivate a radio since it is possible to reactivate it over the air.

Revive

It disables the Radio Stun function that is it reactivates a radio for its normal operation that has been disabled via air.

Remote monitoring

The radio with the Remote Control function commands to activate the microphone radio with the intention of listening to the environment of the target radio.

It is commonly used in emergency situations espionage etc.

Radio Check

This command asks a target radio if it is ON or OFF.
